Power supply (weird noise or is it normal?)

May 19, 2012
Hi, I recently upgraded my hp computer with a Corsair CX 500W power supply and a HIS HD 7770 graphics card. After I installed the drivers and everything, I played a game of LoL (league of legends) and everything was perfectly fine. After that I decided to play a game of BF3 (battlefield 3), and during that game I noticed a sudden increase in fan speed (& noise) from the computer. Since this is my first ever non integrated graphics card and non hp power supply, I didn't know what to make of it.

So basically what my question is that is this normal or are the parts in the computer overheating?

Noise during BF3: http://youtu.be/ZbTS54Vvg_w

Temperatures during BF3: Ranging from 50C - 75C, with Temp 2 being 75C. Fan 2's speed was 8500 RPM, also the GPU fan speed was 32% (at idle = 20%)
that sounded like the video card fan at max speed.you can use your software that you posted to change the fan speed and see if it the same sound. the only thing i would check is that the white cables are not being sucked into the gpu fans. the only other issues i saw was it looks like you need to clean or replace your cpu heat sink. you should not have temps in the 70. if it an older pc it could have dust or the thermal paste has dried out. the only other issue is with mini cases is lack of fans for airflow.
you can try running bf3 but this time take the side panel off. if the pc fans run less or the temps are less then i would look into modding the side pannel for a fan.
