Hello,
I do currency trading with Four 19 inch widescreens, and usually 3 windows minimum open at a time.
I have a AMD Athlon II X4 640 cpu, one pci espress video card, and one pci video card. My older system with a Athlon X2 I ran a 750watt PC Power silencer. What should I use with the Amd 640 ?

It will depend on the video cards. If they aren't gamer cards, for example need no auxiliary power, a 380W Antec Earthwatts would run your system without breaking a sweat, as would a 430W Corsair "Builder" series. If they do need auxiliary power, let us know what they are; you're still not likely to need more than 500W-550W.
Of course, if you still have the 750W PSU, you could always save $40 or so by re-using that.

PCI cards are very low power so as long as it doesnt have two molex connectors plugged into it or another auxiliary power source and the PCI-E card isnt taking more than one 6 pin connector something like the EA380, EA430 or 430CX would be plenty.
