Power Supply

I have a enermax whisper and it just died on me today after having it for only 6 months :( , right now I put a 250watt generic power supply in it for now. Im running a 900mhz athlon on a iwill kk266+R mb and was wondering if thats good enuff to run it for a few days till I get another whipser.

Sure but don't pay for the new Enermax, it's still under warranty, isn't it.

250-Watts is pushing it but it should work. I wouldn't run it for an extended period of time. Also, you could unplug any peripherals you're not using. CD burner, floppy, Zip drive, USB devices, etc.
