I have a ryzen 5 3600 with a gtx 1650 super, and a x570 ud gigabyte motherboard, have a m.2 Wd 120gb nvme ssd, 250gb sata ssd, and 1 TB 7200 Seagate hdd, and 2x16 3000mhz corsair vengeance, with antec a400 tower cooler.
I currently rock a corsair 550w bronze, should I upgrade my psu for the rtx 3050?

Solution
An RTX3050 does not draw a lot of power. It will be fine with your CV550.

However, as the CV550 is an entry level group regulated unit, I would upgrade it if you upgrade your GPU past the 3050.

Overall your PSU wattage is plenty for an RTX 3050. The bigger question is which Corsair do you have as they have some that are of lower quality.
