Question Power Surge on the USB Port Windows 11

Hi, I'm Ohi. 2 days ago, An annoying notification comes on my computer that is (Power Surge on the USB Port). Already I've seen many videos on Youtube. But I failed to solve it. Is it a very major problem or How to solve it?
