Question Power surge problem and now pc not outputting anything to monitor

Recently my pc would just randomly restart and it’ll say that asus anti power surge detected something and the pc was closed, but as of today, after I switched the power switch to off and back on the pc booted but normally there would be a blue light around my power button when my pc is turned on but this there wasn’t and normally my pc boots up with out a light on next to a cylinder looking icon, but this time the light next to the cylinder icon was lit up and my monitor isn’t receiving anything from my pc please help
