Power surges problem

Hello,
yesterday i started having a problem with power surges on my pc, it has happened 5,6 times so far... Computer just restarts and i get that ''Asus anti surge" message...
Is it possible that speakers are causing that, because when it happens, i hear some weird sound coming from the speakers...?

OEM-ATX 550W-E1 PSU
AMD FX-6300 processor
AMD R7 250 gpu
Curently in my usb ports i have mouse and keyboard plugged in.

The reason you hear weird sounds from your speakers is because the power surge makes them make that sound. The power surge could either be from your power grid or from the PSU, and considering what PSU you have it's the most likely suspect.
