Power SW same as PWR Fail LED?

On my mobo and case I have the following:

Power SW
Power LED +
Power LED -
HDD LED
Reset

This is my mobo:

It doesn't say anything about Power LED + or - or Power SW. Can anyone help me?

Power SW is the same as Power Button on the motherboard.

Power LED + and - goes to Power LED (left and right on the picture) on the motherboard. It's not clear which side is plus or minus, but I'm guessing the side marked Vcc (to the right) is + and the other side - (to the left).
If it doesn't work you just switch places. It will not break if you get it wrong at first.

So which one is the Power Button on the motherboard? Is it ground on the top?

The picture you posted, the close-up of the connector. To the right of the connector. All the way down to pin 1. It says "PWR } Power Button"
