Power turned off, need help

The power turned off in the house, I'm using current specs
Mobo :H81M-PLUS
cpu: 3.20ghz Intel i3 4450
Gpu :amd Radeon Hd7770 2gb edition
Psu :750w alpine
2 hdd both working and recognised
After the power turning off, the pc just refused to load past bios, I get into bios eventually and the screen flickers the bios then a black screen and nothing else, using Windows 10, no problems before this, is a self build for the last year round about, power turned off before but nothing happened, this time it's just refusing to work.

could be a lot of things. but the biggest issue I see is that PSU is a unrated PSU (its not even bronze rated) , missing a lot of safety features (only list OCP and OVP),

I would venture to guess that the PSU is your issue, though it could be other issues.

cheap PSU and having power issues usually leads to cheap PSU failing.

Pretty much what Maxwellmelon said (great name btw).

No matter what happens, I would go get a decent PSU. Something 80+ certified. A surge protector wouldn't hurt either.
