Power turns off

I can no longer turn on my pc. When I turn it on, it beeps twice, Windows logo appears and turns off automatically. So I turn it on again but it doesn't even beeps but turns off. I have checked the fans. All of them work fine. How can I fix this problem? Want your suggestions please.

I assume you have a Dell computer, as it is the one I have, so I will be going off of that.


2 beeps means the RAM is not detected, which has nothing to do with the fans. To fix this, press and hold the F2 button on startup, which should bring up the BIOS settings, and then navigate to system settings. From there, you should be able to either clear or restart your RAM. If this does not work, PM me.
