Power will not turn on

After putting everything together on my computer i have plugged in the power, and i press the power button but i do not get a response. Two green LED light light up on the motherboard but one turns off after a few seconds. Can anyone help?

hey you need to give some info like what motherboard you have and the cpu the psu and maybe what exactly you have hooked up top start off but you should double check all your wires just t make sure everything is connected right
