What's the most recent version of powerbar?
The only one I could find on civfanatics is v3.6 which is a year old.
I've only got ptw 1.27 so that may be good enuf, but I'd like to get the
most recent version if I can find it.

Thanks!

What is this exactly? Is this a sort of "analogue" power bar for units?
Sounds like a good idea! Although for this one, if that is all it is, I
think I'll stick with the original, as it is quite clear how much energy a
unit has left, and I am not sure an "analogue" one would be.

I've no idea if refering to it as an "analogue" power bar is the correct
term, but well, hopefully you'll know what I mean!

I think it is an utility someone wrote which lets you modify things
within the game. It isn't something owned or supported by fraxis.

Ahh, so a cheating mod then? Well I think I'll stay away from that one!
