Question powercfg

Hi,
So, on my laptop, the webcam prevented the laptop from sleeping. So, in the command prompt, I deleted the entries through powercfg command.
But now, I cannout use the webcam, as it does not receive energy.

Is there any way, I can restore the entries - or download a copy of the original powercfg configuration?

Can I add entries or located the configuration file, and try to recover an earlier version of it?
