Powercolor 6870 Full Fan Speed, No Video?

Hi, I just recieved my replaced Powercolor 6870 from the RMA. When I turn on my computer, everything works well except for the 6870 and Monitor. The 6870 's fan goes crazy and the monitor doesn't even turn on. I tried booting the computer only with the integrated graphics on my motherboard and it worked.

Any Suggestions other than another RMA process?

PSU: OCZ MODXSTREAM PRO 600W
CPU: AMD PHENOM X4 9450e AM2+ 65W
RAM: 2 X 2 GB DDR2 800
MOBO: ASUS M4A785-M
HDD: Seagate 300GB

Ok the first question do you have all of the PCI-E power connectors connected to the GPU? That card requires two PCI-E power connectors and will not work if both are not powered.

Yup, I have all the connectors plugged in.

re-seat the graphics card in the slot. apart from that there isnt much else you can do if that type of card worked ok previously. was it the same fault as your oringinal problem?
