PowerColor AX7850 vs TurboDuo R7 260X

In my country, there is an approximate difference of $30 between the two GPUs, the 7850 being more expensive than the R7 (forget the actual price, just focus on difference in price. I use dollars here because everyone is more familiar with them than South African rand.)
The R7 is faster in memory clock and engine clock speeds than the 7850, BUT the R7 is 128bit memory whereas the 7850 is 256bit memory. Both are 2GB cards. Am I justified in going for the R7 despite the memory interface difference? Is it worth it? DO NOT recommend ASUS or MSI or whatever, PowerColor is the brand I have to work with here. The 7850 also comes with 2 free games, but leave them out of it, pretend they do not exist. I want performance, not games I won't play.

Would get the 7850 as the R7 is a rehash of 7790.

Edit: sorry here is comparison on performance which 7850 wins, but 660 or 7870 would be preferable if not much more.
