Powercolor graphics card worth it?

Right now there is a powercolor R9 380 4gb on sale for a pretty cheap price. I am just wondering if this version is worth my money, or am I better off spending it elsewhere

What's the price? Typically we recommend avoiding second tier manufacturers like Powercoloer, Diamond and PNY since the price difference between their products and first tier manufacturers like Sapphire, XFX, MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte and EVGA is usually not that great. Second tier cards MAY work fine, but may use some inferior components on the PCB and usually don't have anywhere near as good of customer and warranty support if or when things go wrong. With graphics cards being probably one of the components that have the highest failure rate, even on very high quality products, having good support is a wise decision.

Still, if the price is right it might be worth the tradeoff and risk that's involved.
