Powercolor r9 270 Turboduo vs XFX r9 270 Core edition

Which of the two r9 270 models should I get? The Powercolor one is $2 more expensive so not really a big deal, so which model has better performance, cooling, and quieter fan noise?

you could take a look at the his iceqx2 version as those version are very silent.

The XFX card is higher quality. It comes with a longer warranty, more connections on the back, and it's better reviewed.
