PowerColor R9 380 4gb. Is it really worse than Sapphire, MSI or Gigabyte with the same chip?

AMD Radeon R9 380 4Gb is the card I am going to purchase. As for now PowerColor brand is 25-30 Euro less than Sapphire, MSI or Gigabyte (amazon.de). So, is it really that worse?
Thank you.

They have generally poor fan design and not great heat dissipation. In my country, lots of people buy it because of the low price and I haven't heard nearly as many issues about it as people on Newegg and Amazon claim. Having said that, I would recommend Sapphire or MSI for their superior heat dissipation which all AMD cards need desperately.

I had a PowerColour AMD7770 and I would never ever purchase them again. Don't get me wrong it done me proud that 7770 however you could tell just comparing images online that it is of poor build quality (fans, heat dis). I wouldn't choose PowerColour over a Sapphire etc.

I recently brough R9 380 4GB Sapphire Nitro and it is a great card. Well worth the money and although my CPU and various other bits are lacking behind it made a huge difference. Do you really need to save $30 on what is a pretty big and important purchase for any gamer?
