[SOLVED] Powercolor red devil rx 5700xt or MSI Evoke oc Rx5700xt?

i dont know which gpu to choose im going to pair it with ryzen 7 3700x but they said the evoke is louder and higher temps but also is better ,in the other hand the red devil is cooler and less acoustic but less performance. So i need help choosing .

By now im going to msi because of performance but im not really sure...

So far the Sapphire Pulse and the Powercolor Red Devil get very enthusiastic Reviews based on pricing and cooler design. I think it is absolutely not important if one card scores 2 fps average more or less. There is no significant performance difference wihh either card. But you want a good and quiet cooler for reasonable money.
