Question Powercolor rx 5700xt red dragon overheating

I recently purchased this video card and during games or even watching videos (movies, TV shows in fullhd) the temperature reaches 90 degrees. Tracking values in MSI afterburner (GPU temperature 2) and AIDA64 (GPU Hotspot). Is it a factory defect or a BIOS error on a video card? What values do you have?

Yes, I even made a fan rotation schedule in msi afterburner. The temperature reaches 90 even in an open case
