Alright, I was looking into upgrading the graphics card or CPU and read that with some overclocking my CPU wouldn't bottleneck a newer graphics card. So I read some guides about how to overclock my CPU and went to the bios. I went though clicking on everything to read its description and to set the baseline values according to the guides. It appears that I started the OC tuner accidentally and had a subsequent string of boots with nothing on my screen, followed by a reboot with an overclock failed press F1 for setup message. When I pressed F1 to go to the setup my PC just rebooted. I let the PC sit overnight to see if it would finish the OC tuner, but still no luck. So I shorted the CMOS with the jumper to reset the bios. It worked however I was distracted by a CPU fan low speed error. So I dealt with the fan error and proceeded to apply and reset. I did not turn the OC tuner off so I went right back into the loop of overclock failed followed by a reboot.

I went to short the CMOS again and decided that since I had the computer unplugged and disconnected I should take the opportunity to reorganize the power cords inside. When I reassembled the case I did not return the CMOS jumper to the correct position. After reassembly I attempted to power the computer on and got no response from pressing the power button. I assumed that I had a loose cable and proceeded to check all my connections, which is when I found the CMOS jumper in the wrong position. I unplugged the computer and returned the jumper to its proper placement.

Now when I press the power button the fans start and ~1 sec later the computer shuts down and reboots. So it just cycles on and off being on for about a second before shutting down. I've tried unplugging the PC, reshorting the CMOS jumper, and removing the battery from the motherboard, but I get the same reboot cycle.

So did I wreck my motherboard?

CPU and CPU fan: Boots and hangs on the Mem OK led
CPU, CPU fan, and 1 RAM module in slot 1: Bios, had to plug in monitor, keyboard, and mouse

Made it to Bios, selected load optimized defaults, then save and reset.
Upon reset made it to Bios again, changed the CPU fan speed setpoint to 400RPM (Normally get a fan error if left at 600RPM)

So what now? Do I reset it and start plugging in parts until either they're all installed or I find a bad part or slot?

Alright I've gone through and tested all 4 ram slots and all for sticks of ram and they work
Both Hard drives work and are recognized

I have made it to the desktop now

However when booting up the computer hangs on the MemOK LED, CPU LED, or Boot Device LED on different startups. Doesn't appear to be a pattern between which LED it hangs on.
