PowerEdge T300 Power Button help.

I got a PowerEdge T300 motherboard and a 600W EVGA power supply. Well the all components are installed but I don't know where to put my button. I have a basic momentary button but the factory power switch is a 40 pin. I need to know which to pins i can power on with... Or another way to boot. Thanks

One of the issues with working with a prebuilt system is that pretty much anything on it can and will be proprietary meaning that only the parts it was bundled with will work. Unfortunately the motherboard diagram, per your product's manual(page 168), shows just that and the 20 pin header not only caters to the power switch but to the front panel USB ports.
