Powerful enough for 144Hz 1080p?

Sorry if I'm in the wrong thread.
My current pc has a
1060 6Gb
i5 7600 3.5 Ghz
8Gb of RAM

Is this enough for 144Hz gaming? At the moment I mostly play Overwatch and Monster Hunter worlds.

As long as you leave V-SYNC off yes, it's fine.
