Powerful, noisy, and cheap 120 mm fans?

For server solutions where noise can be ignored, but really powerful fans are ignored, does anyone have recommendations for this?

I know there are really powerful ones from Delta, e.g. the PFB1212UHE-F00, and others. But they are all quite expensive and no local stores in my country sell them (import taxes, shipping and fees together make a Delta fan cost around me around $120).

So maximum CFM, 120 mm, dB can be ignored but the price should be reasonable. I don't care about ball bearings or sleeve bearings or other features.

60 CFM is not enough. I'm looking for something around 200 CFM. Essentially almost as powerful (but not quite) as a Delta fan, less reliable and more cheaply made. If such a thing exists.

Won't work with a floor or house fan due to space constraints. I need 120 mm.
