I'm considering building a 'handheld' NUC, using a 19V/4A laptop power bank. The NUC caps out at around 55W draw on benchmarks, but the device's power is rated at 12V - 19V/4.74A (90W).
First of all, is it possible to maintain power without damaging the NUC using a supply that is less than what the manufacturer stated (despite it not reaching its limit in testing)? Secondly, if possible, how fast would the battery drain be on a ≤30,000 mah power pack , (in order to keep the weight manageable)?
