Powering failure

Its actually my first time building a desktop from scratch. I think I messed up somewhere and its causing the problem.

Its not a huge deal, but its bothering when I start it up. Whenever I hit the power button, it turns on and start running, but after 5seconds everything shuts down. After 3-5seconds, it boots up automatically and then everything is fine.

Did I plug something in wrong that is causing this problem?

What is your Power Supply? Some cheaper ones are a bit strange. I also had a similar issue with an Antec 1200 case, the ground strap was broken (between the drive racks, and the MB tray).
