Powering fan with USB 3

I'm wondering how it would be possible to power this fan:

With my USB 3 Type-C port from my macbook. Thinking of attaching under the Cooler Master U3

Or maybe there is another way to power it?

I doubt it, USB gives only 5vDC but most large fans would not even start with less than 7.5 - 9v. and need 12v to reach full speed.

a USB 3 type-C does 20v output

Just specific ones that are also used for charging device it's installed on.
