Powerline Adapter "Ethernet doesn't have valid IP configuration" keeps dropping out

So I've been using a powerline adaptor in this new house and after a little trouble it was up and running for about two weeks, the last two days though it keeps on dropping out and when I run trouble shooting I get the error "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration".
Sometimes the troubleshooter will fix it, although usually not.
The powerline adapters are: "TP-LINK TL-PA451KIT AV500 Powerline Adapter with AC Pass Through"
My motherboard is: "MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3x Intel Z170 (Socket 1151) DDR4 ATX Motherboard"
I'm using Windows 10

I have tried unplugging the router and my computer and adapters for at least a minute all at once, and then turning on each thing one at a time when the last turn on was successful. This worked for about 5 mins before repeating the same problem.

I've tried flushing the DNS, I've tried ipconfig /release and /renew, howevever I recieved errors about DHCP, so I checked the DHCP service and it is running and automatic startup.

I've tried repairing the adapters, I've checked my bios to see that it's detecting the ethernet port okay. I've tried resetting my IP using netsh int ip reset.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling ethernet drivers.

For the moment I'm using an old usb wifi reciever and here is the IPCONFIG /all I get using it:

PL Adapters can be flaky I'm afraid, can you bypass them by moving the host with the issue? At least you would know where the problem lays
