powerline adapter help

wasn't sure where to put this thread but anyway i have 4 powerline adapters running in my house to are upstairs for my PC and my XBOX and the other two are connected to my router linked to the ones upstairs. My question is is do i need the 2 powerline adapters plugged into the router or can i just use one and move the other one upstairs for my Raspberry pi or another device?

If you're trying to source the signal from the router twice, then no, you don't need two there.
