Hi. I know next to nothing about networks so I'm really struggling here.

I have two black powerline adapters, PG9020, that I believe I've configured correctly (followed the instructions, have green lights where they're supposed to be and everything), a Netgear D7000 router that I believe I've wired up correctly (again, followed instructions, everything is working perfectly fine if the ethernet cable is plugged in directly to the back of the router or if I'm using the wireless connection), but I get no internet connection if I try connecting via an ethernet cable plugged in to the second powerline adapter. All I get is that I'm connected via LAN to an unidentified network.

I've used different cables, I've used different devices, I've used different sockets, I've swapped the powerline units out for different ones and reset them so many times I think I've memorised the manual, I've reset the router - nothing has made a difference. I've looked on these forums and elsewhere on the internet and I haven't found a suggested fix that I can understand.

Any idea what I should be doing to get a wired internet connection via the powerline adapters, please?

Solution
Problem solved. Cabling issue. Powerline connection needed to be treated the same as any other outgoing connection from the router, not as an incoming one. DOH.
