Powerline speed drop of almost 90%

Hi, i've checked all solutions and none work; I have a powerline coming from the router downstairs to the ones upstairs and the connection goes from 16mbps to 2mbps. They aren't plugged into surge protectors or near noise sources and I can't figure out why the drop is so bad.

Is this a new issue or did you just buy them? What model are they? And sure a reset may fix the issue, if not give us more to work with here.

These are just over a year old, tried all the unplug/power cycle tricks with all components. TP-LINK PA411 500Mbps adapters

Contacted them and after multiple resets of the adapters it's up to normal speed, thanks for the replies!
