[SOLVED] Powerline wifi apapter help

OK so i have this problem with my powerline adapter for my PC i cant use any other form of internet where my PC is thats why i use it. when browsing the web my speeds are extremely fast and what my service provider provides however when im downloading games from something like steam or epic games my internet is slowed to virtually 1MB and lower from 100mb its like when not on web browsers my internet is awful any tips ?

It could be getting errors which causes data to be slowing the average download speed.

What does a site like speedtest say. Speedtest is actually a file download it is just using the browser and not saving the file rather than one of the download managers games use.

I would also try a download from some site like Microsoft that has huge bandwidth. You can watch the resource monitor network tab to see the rates.

Steam is really strange site it is actually replicated all over the world into different server farms. It also seems to download some games really fast and others very slowly for no apparent reason that I can tell.
