I purchased a POWERLINK Speedy2 Wireless LAN adapter (USB) recently and can't get it to work at all. When plugged in, it power cycles (light turns off and on every other second) and does this: http://imgur.com/qu8mKDJ

I called their tech support and the guy was nice but supremely unhelpful. He recommended I install drivers from their website. I did but it made no difference whatsoever. I know that the adapter works because I've tested it on a laptop in the other room; it instantly worked without even having to install drivers. Both computers are Win7.

Solution
Sounds like people have similar issues with it according to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA24G1R18723

One where saying it wouldnt work on w7 64 bit but worked on 32 bit.
1 Was having the same problem as you and decided to return the product.
1 refered to the website of the sellers had bad drivers for it and went to the manafactures website (wich was chineese) and found drivers there.

I dont dont know so much about this brand. Best of luck
He wasnt all to wrong, uninstall the drivers and reinstall the unit using the latest one from the companys website.
Avoid installing the 3rd party softwares these setups usually have since they are very likely to screw up things.

Their drivers didn't help.
