It appears to support ATX, mATX, and M-ITX motherboards. These appear to be very low quality products, by the way. A $37.00 case with built-in PSU is sure to be quite inferior and I would not recommend its use.

Would a Coolermaster Rc-370 be a better option ? with a Raidmax PSU fited later?

The second one only supports up to mATX motherboards whereas the first one accepts up to ATX sized motherboards. Both are solid choices in your price range.
