[SOLVED] Powers off then on

I just built a New computer and it powers on for about 20-30 seconds then shuts off no display or anything and then powers back up again then off.
components
Motherboard-b450 steel legend
Cpu- Ryzen 5 3600
Gpu- evga rtx 2070
Liquid cooler- aruaflow x 240
Psu-evga 650w gold 80+
ram-16gb
Case- segotep Phoenix
Any suggestions on what it could be?

Motherboard is running an older bios that does not have the Ryzen 3000 cpus on it.

Either that, or return the board and get one that does.
Msi's B450 MAX and Asrock's B450M A/C support Ryzen 3000 out of the box.

Try updating to see if it works first. It might save some money. Unless your returning it.

I will be trying the update since I have and older Ryzen cpu
