Question Powers on for about 20 secs, then shuts down.

My friend is building his first pc and ran into some trouble. Once we install all the parts, plug everything in where it needs to go and everything we flip on the power, turn it on and see what happens. It turns on for about 20 secs, the led fault indicators stay on ram for a bit, the go to vga, then cpu and it immediately shuts off then restarts a second later. We’ve replaced the motherboard since it had a broken pin, we’ve switched ram in the channels and a new stick, and tried running it bare minimum plugged in and nothing has helped so far.

MB: Aorus H370 gaming 3 wifi
PSU: powerspec 750 80+ gold certified
CPU: intel i7 6700k 4.00 lga 1151
GPU: Gigabyte 1030
RAM: 16 Gb(1 stick) ballistix

H370 is not compatible with the 6700K it's only compatible with 8th and 9th gen CPU's.
