Good afternoon everybody,

I have a problem with powershell opening on startup and no idea where to get help because can't find anything similar on google.

So after starting up computer little powershell window opens up, runs a command and closes itself. This process can't be seen in windows task manager, but using CCleaner I can see it, but can't disable it.
The process is: powershell.exe -noexit -command Set-Location -literalPath '%V'
When I try to disable it, window will pop-up saying: Failed to enable/disable startup item: Access is denied.

Can anybody help? Is that some kind of virus?

Thank you for all answers.

Instead of worrying about it, I would disable one by one until finding the culprit. It could be CCleaner.
So, somebody from another forum recommended me to uninstall CCleaner and use MS Autoruns. In that program I disabled similar process in startup and the issue lookes solved. After startup no powershell windows opens.
