Either of those PSU's will be good enough for the HD6870.

I wouldn't recommend using web-based PSU calculators as they are not quite precise

If you use the correct PSU calculator as I have listed and enter the proper information, you get a very accurate result, unlike some of the online PSU calculators that are more of a rough (high), estimate.
