Hey guys.

I just wanted to test my old Hitachi HDD drive which I connected for block testing and after an hour PC rebooted with message below.

This never happened before, and the HDD was supplied over separated SATA rail, and I only have SSD connected with it.

I turned off PC disconnected the drive it was damn hot.

So should I continue to use this PSU or I need replacement to avoid possible damage of other components,if not already :/

really?Oooh but HDD takes at max 10 W,how the HDD could cause such issue.
But boy it was damn too hot.
Well....if it was really hot....it was probably drawing more than 10 watts....because there might be something wrong with it.
....but it wouldn't hurt to check your voltages with HWInfo or something similar just to be sure.

Also...." over separated SATA rail "
Where are you seeing this?
I looked at the PSU webpage. Maybe I'm missing this?

It's hard to guess what caused the issue...I know my PSU is not great but until the moment I connected to drive no issues with this message...so wjo knows..
All the readings from HwInfo are okay.
So who knows...
Today I gamed a bit,no issues so far...
No matter how much power it drawed probably my guess would be it over wattage the PSU...
I will keep just SSD and GPU and won't connect anything more since this is a bronze rating PSU.
GPU draws a lot of power but it is on separated rail...
