Question PowerSupply tester beeps and blinks

Hi,

I am using a PowerSupply tester (DLINK 18159) for the first time.
I tested 3 (already used) 24 PIN Power Supplies.

On each tesat I hear beeps and on the display of the tester the +5 Volt and +12 Volt display flashes and under the +12 Volt 'LL' is displayed. I suppose that 'LL' means 'very low voltage' - is this right?

I looked in the www for a manual but I could not find any information for this tester that explains the beeps and the 'LL' on the display.

All of this Power Supplies seem to work well when they are connected in the computer.

If any voltage reads "LL" or "HH" or if the LCD screen doesn't light up at all, the power supply isn't working properly; you need to replace it.

Shouldn't really matter about the model. Most all of these testers use LL and HH as fail nomenclature.
