PowerTech 4 port usb 2.0 hub stops working after reboot every time. What should I do?

my PowerTech 4 port usb 2.0 hub stops working after every reboot and works only after shutdown. Aiso, after remaining idle my pc sleeps and when It wakes up, : my 4 port usb hub does not work. Then I have to remove all usb devices from this hub. After every reboot I have to remove all usb devices. These devices are wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, and other devices. Reboot happens often agains my will because I have windows 10 and if I try to shutdown reboots.This is very annoying what should I do to make 4 port usb 2.0 hub to work after reboot? thank you

Why are you working with a hub? Don't you have ports in the rear and the front to assist you in USB peripheral connectivity? On a side note, list your specs liek so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

and make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Similarly, remove the hub and see if the problem persists. Also try using another port to connect the hub to and see if you've got a particular set of ports that don't like it when it's connected.

Also make sure you're on the latest Chipset/USB drivers for your platform.
