Copy/Paste the text into Notepad (do NOT use Wordpad for this, it must be a straight text editor) and save as a .ppd. Or extract the entire package from whatever repository you use and extract that .ppd from there. It's just a text file.That link DOES NOT provide a download link for the ppd!
