Hello,

I just picked up a couple of Gottlieb System 1 machines, Sinbad and
Close Encounters of the Third Kind. I'm considering making an FPGA to
replace the CPU. I know I can buy a replacement board. However, I think
it would fun write the VHDL for the processor. Does anyone have data
for the PPS4 processor and support chips?

Thanks,
Zeke

Hey Zeke,
I don't have any info on a PPS4 processor, but I think its a pretty cool
idea to try. Let us know how your progress goes. VHDL seems like it would
be a good pinball programming language.
