Hello Everyone,

I have implemented a PPTP VPN using DD WRT on a ASUS router. The VPN feels properly configured. It allows me to ping my printer, roku, android devices etc without issue. I can access firmware pages, print remotely, and even used wireless ADB to reconfigure some settings on a phone via the VPN.
I cannot ping my desktop or access the file shares set up on it, however it will allow me to RDP in, which is not available external of the LAN the VPN allows entry in. The PC in question is a custom build running Windows 10 Pro. It does ping if I connect directly to the LAN and I can also see the shares in this condition. I just tested and when I disabled my firewall, the desktop immidately started to respond to the ping and allowed me to access the shares. Any idea what I need to create an allow rule for to make this permanent?

Thanks in advance
