Ok, I want to get better at shooting in Rust, and I feel there isn't constant practice due to the limited resources.

Which Fps game, if I practiced hard would benefit me the most for Rust? Rust has a strong recoil in guns. Would BF4, Titanfall, Counterstrike(Doesn't have aim down), or maybe COD series replicate the shooting in rust. I can only choose one of those.

Try garrys mod, The guns feel kinda similar and is from the same dev. If you work with a team in rust, guns come pretty easy. If your finding trouble making friends on rust, try looking in the forums. Theres always people looking to team up.
I would say CS:GO, i play alot of both and think it would help your aim, although both have a steep learning curve. I would recommend learning the basic guns first in rust, then working your way up. starting with the Revolver and the Bolt Shotgun. Once you are good with these weapons, work your way to pistols and mp5's etc.

tip - stay behind cover as much as possible in rust. Most people in rust have terrible aim. give them the run around and catch them off guard. 9 /10 youll win. Have taken down 4 - 5 people at a time doing this. Although if yours against a coordinated team and you are by yourself, you will have no chance.

tip - 2 run around naked at night and hunt for bases. Theres always one base youll be able to get into without explosives. remember you can hatchet down shelters - look for the ones with boxes in them

I mean I know the guns, I just have never played a Fps game on the PC, so I feel I like I need a more reactive environment with guns to practice. In rust, I only get to practice once I get the materials for a gun.
