i was wondering if there is anyway to remove the manufaturers boot screen
that shows prior to windows booting.

You will find the setting for that in your BIOS.

I wonder why it is you want to remove the manufacturer's logo. It won't make
your computer start any faster. What you'll see instead is a series of BIOS
messages that will scroll very quickly. The logo simply covers this, perhaps
for cosmetics, perhaps for advertising or perhaps to avoid tech support
calls from people asking "what's all that mumbo jumbo scrolling down my
screen while my computer is starting?"
