As always it depends on the resolution of your screen .

Id expect you can play modern games at lower detail settings . and older games will be fine even at 1080p

Probably get you most modern games (BF4, Ghost, GTA V when it comes out) at medium-low medium-high depending on the game and how intensive it is. I have the gpu now and play Skyrim at 1080p with 8xAA and 16xAF with a constant 45+fps only thing you need to worry about is the CPU.. Amd's Bulldozer sucks.. But if you could later down the line save up money and pop in a 6300 or 8320-8350 itll be a decent budget rig.
