Hello. A few days ago I purchased a MSI Nightblade MI3 VR7RC-072EU with a GTX 1060 6GB inside. I checked some video's out and saw that comparable systems could run games likes BFV on ultra with about ~55fps. But whenever I try this, I get around ~30 fps.

Does anyone have an idea why tjis happens and how to fix it?

I was playing in 1080p as well as the people in the videos.

The specs are:
I5-7400k 3.6gHz
8gb DDR3 (Dont know how much MHz but I think 2333)
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB

The 8GB RAM is a little on the low side for BF. It will work but might cause stuttering once in a while. Do you play in DX11 or DX12? Its tough to compare your game performance to some videos, since there are so many variables in system specs, graphics settings etc. The minimum and recommended specs for BF5 is the same as BF1. EA recommends 16GB ram. But it should really affect the FPS too much.

Are you using the latest Nvidia drivers? They have one optimized for the BF5 open beta I believe.

again, it's tough to compare to some videos. Was it the same processor. Was it really Ultra? Did they adjust some graphics settings? What kind of AA did they use (that can highly affect the fps). Were the computers in the videos overclocked? A lot of people overclock the video cards (which is easy to do).

If you not sure run some benchmarks and compare. That would give you an idea if your system performs as expected.

I play on DX11 because I tried both and DX12 made matters way worse. And yes im using the latest drivers.

hmm....in 1080p full HD you video card should expect to see more like 50 to 60 fps. But you dealing with an open beta. Can you test around with some established newer games for which good sample benchmarks exist? What other games do you play?
