pre built pc worth

It's used for 1000 dollars, I'm buying it for my little brothers. Any thought on this ? I benchmarking it hard obviously before buying. Have done that before on a PC.

Is it worth it ? Also he can throw in a titan instead if the asus 970 mini ( i dont have that mentioned in the pcpartpicker)
Im interested because its small form and I don't have to order part by part. I live in a small city for asking such stuff is hard and thus making the price low.

its used my friend, the thing either comes with a 970 mini or a gtx titan. i believe the titan would make a better card.

I mean, if the titan is free or is slightly more expensive than the 970 build, then go for it
