Question Pre-built worth the trade?

Hey friends, total noob here but slowly trying to transition into the PC world so go easy on me!

Could you give me advice on this prebuilt,

Amd Fx 8230
16 gb ram
2 tb hard drive
Water cooler
Gtx 970 4 gb video card
850 evga modular power supply
Windows 10

He wants to trade this for my Xbox one X.
Would it be worth it? I hear the graphics card is pretty outdated.

That computer would have been high end back in the day.
That computer wouldnt perform well as the xbox 1 x since it is rather dated and has no easy upgrade path.


Id look for something newer.
